Unique project, unique location. This 1968 apartment building located in the center of Prague is surrounded by nature and tall trees from both sides. Two facades offer very pleasant views outside. The south one, in addition, comes with a large terrace, extending the living room further towards the exterior. We took all old interior walls out and came up with a new layout – efficient, logical and, above all, truly connecting the two facades without walls or barriers. Resulting green backdrop is omnipresent throughout the apartment.

Simple plan is everything. Bedrooms and the bathroom create the outline for the airy, generous open plan of this contemporary living.
